Project overview

VoSveteIT is one of the leading technology portals in the Slovak Republic, dedicated to delivering the latest news and insights on a wide range of technology topics, including space exploration, smartphones, laptops and software. In addition to its core content, the website offers a job board where tech companies can post job openings, and a freelancer section where independent professionals can showcase their work and connect with potential clients.

The primary objective of the redesign was to create a scalable and extensible platform that could easily accommodate new features and views. Additionally, the goal was to showcase ads in an effective but nonintrusive way. To achieve these objectives, I adopted the atomic design methodology, which allowed for the creation of a robust design system that ensures consistency and flexibility across the entire site.

Tech News Coverage: A comprehensive section dedicated to the latest news in space technology, smartphones, and laptops.

Job Board: A platform for technology companies to post job listings, making it easier for them to find qualified candidates.

Freelancer Hub: A dedicated space for freelancers to promote their skills and connect with potential clients, fostering a vibrant tech community.

Effective Ad Placement: Designed ad placements to be effective but nonintrusive, ensuring a smooth user experience while providing opportunities for monetization.

Extensive design components: Components to cover all of the major use cases including modals, forms, CTAs and so on.
