Early States In the initial stages of the real estate project, I identified a significant UX bottleneck that was hindering site navigation. To address this issue, I led ideation sessions with key stakeholders, including our Project Managers, Jessy, and Andressan German, as well as our CTO, Chris. We utilized methodologies such as Design Thinking and Heuristic Evaluation to brainstorm and prioritize potential solutions. Following this, I proceeded to the prototyping phase, creating mid-fidelity mockups using Figma. These prototypes were subjected to A/B testing and heuristic evaluations with cross-functional team members who were not directly involved in the design process. The feedback gathered from these sessions was invaluable, guiding an iterative design cycle that allowed for continuous, data-driven improvements.
