Project Overview

The goal of this project was to design a delightful and user-friendly e-commerce website for Phaam, a brand specializing in high-quality, stylish, and functional baby products. The platform needed to blend aesthetics with functionality, creating a seamless shopping experience for parents while reinforcing Phaam's identity as a trusted and joyful brand. The design features soft, playful elements while maintaining a clean and professional layout to enhance usability.

Challenges

1. Creating a Playful Yet Elegant UI Since Phaam focuses on baby products, the design needed to feel warm, inviting, and modern. The use of pastel colors, rounded edges, and subtle cloud motifs helped strike a balance between playfulness and sophistication.
2. Simplifying Product Navigation: Parents often browse with efficiency in mind, so the platform was designed with clear categories, easy filtering, and a well-structured product display to ensure a seamless shopping experience. The "Shop by Category" section allows for quick navigation to essential items.
3. Establishing Brand Trust & Credibility:To gain the trust of parents, Phaam highlights its commitment to quality materials, free shipping, and quick delivery. The website features customer testimonials, product use guides, and an FAQ section to reassure buyers of their purchase decisions.
4. Mobile Responsiveness & Accessibility:Understanding that parents frequently shop on mobile devices, Phaam's website was designed with a fully responsive layout. It ensures easy browsing, purchasing, and interaction across different screen sizes while maintaining accessibility for all users

User Testing & Feedback

Multiple rounds of user testing were conducted with target customers. Feedback indicated that:
The soft aesthetic and well-organized product layout created a smooth and enjoyable browsing experience.
The CTA buttons and subscription section were well-received, helping drive conversions.
Minor refinements were made to enhance the visibility of promotional offers and improve checkout usability.
