Acting as the face of the Hotel - Guest Service Agent and Concierge, from greeting guests and providing them with assistance and information about the hotel and the local area/city, acquiring theatre tickets, restaurant reservations etc. to answering internal or external phone calls in a pleasant and professional manner and performing accurate check-ins and check-outs daily, responsible for balancing of the assigned cash float, supporting Sales department daily, by booking guest reservations over the phone and in person, working directly with 3rd party agencies and travel agents, showing the property to prospect guests and using strong negotiation skills and good judgement
