International language students often struggle to practice their skills in real-world scenarios. The need was for a more accessible, engaging way for these students to test and improve their language abilities with actual people.

To address this challenge, we designed a fun, gamified platform that encourages interaction among social groups consisting of both learners and native speakers, along with staff. This interactive environment aims to make language practice enjoyable and socially engaging.

Our comprehensive strategy included several key phases:

Platform Vision: Defining the core features and user experience of the platform.

Idea Validation: Testing the concept with potential users to gather feedback.

Prototyping: Developing early versions of the platform for iterative testing and improvement.

Design & Development: Finalizing design and developing the full platform.

Rapid Execution: From idea to launch within just 3 months.

Data Control: Ownership of first-party data to enhance user insights and privacy.

Lead Enhancement: Improved qualification processes for potential leads, driving better engagement and conversion rates.

This project successfully merged educational needs with digital innovation, creating a dynamic platform that not only enhances learning but also engaged users in a meaningful way.
