I served as the Head of the Commercial Team, overseeing team supervision and client interactions, while also helping to enhance the agency's digital presence.

My role also involved managing the brand’s visual assets and ensuring consistency across social media platforms, websites, and marketing campaigns.

In terms of administrative duties, I handled emails, managed calendars and CRM systems, and coordinated documentation and supplier interactions. I also oversaw the scheduling and management of appointments and payments using tools like Trello, Discord, Bigin and Calendly.
