My client clearly outlined his expectations for my role. He wanted the players of his game to be informed about various updates and upcoming events. Following his instructions, I ensured that all new information and updates were communicated to his Discord community. Additionally, I prioritized listening to the members and utilized my problem-solving skills to address and resolve complaints.
