2. Key Metrics Displayed: Seamlessly audited 39,128 active personnel with an average company tenure of 54 months. Structured demographic splits (55% Male, 45% Female) alongside an average income of 7,345 to analyze salary versus job satisfaction correlations.

3. Technical Tech Stack: Executed end-to-end data cleansing pipelines using Power Query ETL for row transformations. Engineered robust DAX metrics to dynamically calculate Attrition % and turnover factors across various job roles, department levels, and remote working categories.
