Working with the Cabinet Office through M&C Saatchi on the GREAT Britain & Northern Ireland campaign and achieving and running the following:
- Lead on organic social for the Garden of GREAT exhibition, during the FIFA World Cup in Qatar and
liaised with PR teams for UK ambassadors such as Katherine Jenkins OBE.
- Created content strategically for the Queen's Jubilee Birthday that helped the account reach over 10,000 followers on Instagram as well as become the best performing organic piece of content across both Instagram and Twitter
- Improved engagement rates across both channels and delivering over 30k impressions on Twitter regularly
- Transformed the full social media strategy and trained the team on it
- Created, set up and trained in a social media workflow tool, which received great feedback and was the main point of use between the teams
- Created social media templates and processes that aligned with the campaign and brand strategy such as a social tone of voice, community guidelines, a content calendar, and weekly analytics amongst others
- Headed up the procurement process for social media staff and reporting software
- Created and oversaw campaigns using UGC, including the Christmas and the Grateful for GREAT campaigns
