The Challenge
Your home is your space. Your safe haven. Imagine wasting time, money and energy looking for a place, only to settle for less. That’s the story for most tenants in Accra.
Finding a place to live in Accra can take months, even with the help of agents. You’ll most likely be hit with hidden costs and unspoken rules about the properties you check out.
If you’re looking for a place to gain some privacy and freedom or just cut down on transport costs, you’re in for a painfully and unnecessarily stressful ride.
As my final year uni (and passion) project, I designed a rental search experience built on transparency and convenience.
