360 Health Care – Designing a Lifeline App for Accessible and Emergency Health Support
Project Overview:
360 Health Care is a comprehensive mobile app designed to provide critical healthcare assistance and support to users in real time. From ordering an ambulance during emergencies to accessing health professionals, donating to medical causes, and even applying for healthcare loans—the platform aims to make health support accessible and immediate. I was responsible for designing the full app experience.
Goal & Objective:
The goal was to create an intuitive, all-in-one platform that addresses urgent healthcare needs and bridges the gap between users and medical support. The objective was to ensure users could navigate emergency features quickly while also accessing ongoing care and financial assistance with ease.
Process:
User Research & Needs Mapping: Identified core pain points in accessing emergency care, healthcare funding, and professional consultations.
UX Strategy: Prioritized simplicity and speed for emergency features, while ensuring a calm and trustworthy design aesthetic for ongoing health services.
UI Design:
Designed a clean, calming interface with easy-to-locate features such as “Request Ambulance,” “Talk to a Doctor,” and “Apply for Loan.”
Included donation and support flows with transparency and empathy at the core.
Mobile-First Approach: Ensured a highly responsive and accessible experience across all mobile devices, focusing on low-barrier interactions for users in distress.
Prototyping & Testing: Created clickable prototypes to simulate key user journeys and tested with users to refine usability.
