Sensei AI – Designing a Seamless Coaching Experience for a Growing Platform
Project Overview:
Sensei AI is a coaching platform that connects coaches with individuals seeking personal or professional growth. The platform also allows coaches to organize events, receive payments, and expand their reach to a broader audience. I was responsible for designing the web app with a focus on creating a smooth, intuitive experience for both coaches and clients.
Goal & Objective:
The main goal was to build a user-friendly platform that supports meaningful coach-client connections while enabling coaches to manage their services efficiently. The objective was to simplify navigation, increase coach visibility, and improve the event and payment management experience.
Process:
User Research & Testing:
Conducted user testing sessions to gather feedback from real users.
Identified key friction points and opportunities to improve the overall user journey.
Web App Design:
Designed a modern and intuitive interface for the platform's website.
Ensured that coaches could easily create profiles, showcase expertise, manage events, and receive payments.
Focused on a seamless onboarding process for new users—both coaches and clients.
Interaction Design: Simplified interactions to encourage user engagement and retention, with clear calls to action and a clean visual layout.
Result:
The redesigned web app created a more seamless and enjoyable experience for users. Coaches found it easier to showcase their services and reach more people, while clients benefited from an intuitive browsing and booking experience. User testing validated the effectiveness of the new design and highlighted noticeable improvements in ease of use and engagement.
