Optimize the Dirty Saint product page and buy box to increase conversion rate, average order value, and subscription opt-in from existing and paid traffic.

Approach

Audited the existing PDP and identified high-impact friction points above the fold, focusing on purchase flow, visual hierarchy, and subscription presentation:
Buy box restructured to lead with subscribe & save, per-bottle price anchoring, and clear savings calculations
Subscription default changed from weekly to monthly with flexible frequency options to match real consumption patterns
Above-the-fold content reorganized — replaced heavy review section with a UGC video carousel featuring top-performing Meta ad creative
Product gallery improved with horizontal thumbnails and navigation arrows for faster browsing
Exit points removed including social share icons and redundant UI elements
