As the Content & SEO Manager, I was responsible for developing and managing in-depth articles and reviews on trending SaaS, AI, and Web3 tools. The platform's cleaner design and enhanced user experience also contributed to increased traffic and improved content discovery.
Content and SEO Strategy for SaaS Tools: Monday.com Review

I developed the content strategy, ensuring the article covered all relevant aspects—from features and pricing to pros and cons—while optimizing the SEO to rank for high-volume keywords. By using clear and engaging visuals along with strategic SEO practices, the article was designed to not only inform the audience but also improve the platform's ranking and visibility for users seeking comprehensive reviews of workflow tools.
Website Development:
One of my primary responsibilities was to manage and enhance the platform's user experience and performance. Using WordPress as the CMS, I worked on fixing existing bugs, streamlining the backend for ease of use, and improving the overall design to ensure it was visually engaging while offering seamless navigation. This involved collaborating with developers on the technical side and designing a layout that was user-friendly. Crucially, I implemented several on-page SEO strategies, ensuring that the site was optimized for mobile and desktop users alike. Key elements like page load times were improved through image optimization, clean coding practices, and leveraging caching techniques to ensure quick loading speeds across devices.
To drive traffic and increase visibility on Google and other search engines, I implemented an extensive on-page SEO strategy. This included:
Keyword research to identify high-potential search terms in the SaaS, AI, and Web3 niches.
Meta descriptions and alt-text optimization across articles and media.
Internal linking structures that guided visitors through the site, encouraging further interaction.
A focus on mobile-first design, ensuring the site was fast, responsive, and provided a top-tier user experience on mobile devices.
These optimizations contributed to a visible increase in organic traffic and an improvement in rankings across high-competition keywords in the SaaS and AI sectors.
Content Strategy and Calendar:
I also created and executed the content calendar, focusing on a diversified content mix that included in-depth reviews, alternative comparisons, and feature highlights. The content calendar was strategically planned to ensure that a steady stream of fresh content would continue to boost the site's SEO performance while providing value to the users. I worked closely with a team of writers to ensure that articles were optimized for both search engines and reader engagement. Each content category (SaaS, Web3, AI) had tailored keyword strategies, with a focus on high and medium competition keywords. This included producing new articles on emerging software and regularly updating existing pages to keep content relevant, thereby improving the site's overall topical authority.
My contributions directly impacted the platform’s success, with notable improvements in traffic and engagement metrics:
A 25% increase in site traffic within the first three months.
A 20% improvement in page load speed, boosting both user experience and SEO rankings.
High ranking for competitive keywords across SaaS, AI, and Web3 niches.
The data-backed approach to content and SEO development resulted in a sustained increase in engagement, with both organic and paid traffic seeing significant boosts over time.
Learning Experience:
Working on SoftwareApplications.com allowed me to sharpen my skills across both technical SEO and content management. I deepened my understanding of WordPress, enhancing not just the design and functionality of the site, but ensuring it was built for scalability. Additionally, this role allowed me to work closely on content strategies tailored for both short-term engagement and long-term search visibility, bridging the gap between design, development, and marketing.
Final Note:
P.S. SoftwareApplications.com has since changed its brand objectives and evolved into a paid service. However, the work I contributed still reflects the core principles of solid web development, SEO, and content marketing, and I’m proud to have played a role in shaping its growth trajectory
