Social Media Management and Influencer Outreach for LuckyBlock Mascot (Crypto__RcKT)

Introduction

I had the opportunity to work with the LuckyBlock NFT project, specifically managing their mascot Twitter account Crypto__RcKT. LuckyBlock is a prominent player in the NFT space, offering innovative solutions and engaging experiences for crypto enthusiasts. My role encompassed social media management, content creation, community engagement, and influencer marketing, all aimed at increasing brand visibility and fostering a vibrant online community.

Contributions and Strategy

Social Media Management

Daily Content Creation: Crafted engaging daily tweets, including threads, quotes, tips, and jokes to entertain and inform the audience.
Giveaway Campaigns: Developed and managed six giveaway tweets per day to boost follower interaction and expand our reach.
Visual Content Design: Designed eye-catching banners and graphics using Canva to align with the brand's identity and enhance visual appeal.

Giveaway Management

Tracking Participation: Created and maintained a detailed Google Sheet to track giveaway tweets and participants.
Winner Announcements: Coordinated with team members to select winners. Quoted or replied to original giveaway tweets with winner announcements, congratulating them and providing next steps, following best practices observed in the crypto community.

Community Engagement

Audience Interaction: Actively engaged with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions, fostering a sense of community.
Trend Participation: Monitored and participated in daily crypto trends to keep content relevant and timely.
Live Tweeting: Provided live updates during Twitter Spaces and other live events to keep the audience engaged.

Influencer Marketing

Influencer Research: Compiled a comprehensive list of crypto and finance influencers on Twitter, categorized by follower count and niche relevance.
Outreach Campaigns: Initiated contact with selected influencers to promote collaborations, shoutouts, and partnerships.
Relationship Building: Maintained ongoing communication with influencers to build long-term relationships beneficial to the brand.

Results

Audience Growth: Achieved a significant increase in followers on the Crypto__RcKT account, contributing to the overall growth of the LuckyBlock community.
Engagement Boost: Noticed a substantial rise in likes, retweets, and comments, indicating higher audience engagement.
Giveaway Success: The giveaway campaigns generated widespread participation, increasing brand awareness and attracting new followers.
Influencer Partnerships: Successfully collaborated with key influencers, expanding our reach within the crypto community.

Conclusion

Working with the LuckyBlock Mascot account allowed me to apply and enhance my skills in social media management and influencer marketing within the fast-paced crypto industry. By implementing a strategic content plan and actively engaging with the community, we significantly grew the account's following and engagement metrics. The influencer outreach further amplified our efforts, connecting us with key figures in the industry and broadening our audience.
This project demonstrated the effectiveness of a comprehensive social media strategy that combines consistent content creation, community engagement, and influencer partnerships.
