Live screens of the Kaluza Portal
User Focus
Energy Retailers (especially Retailer developers/Agents) needed access to Kaluza’s services and a way to fact find out about technical capabilities.
Business Focus
Kaluza needed a central place to house the services, capabilities, technical documentation of their Retail and Demand response platform. This was key in reducing repetitive work, lowering cost to serve and ensuring the Kaluza offering is clear to prospective clients.
