Most "AI SDR" tools fail for the same reason cold outreach does: they send generic messages, on autopilot, with no judgement. Signal Hooks is built the opposite way. It is a governed revenue agent that watches your target accounts for real buying signals (funding rounds, hiring surges, leadership and tech changes), drafts buyer-aware outreach with the source evidence attached, and queues every message for your approval. It learns your taste from each decision, and nothing sends without you.
Under the hood it is a hybrid agent, not an autonomous loop: deterministic software owns the state, scoring, approvals, limits and logging, while the model handles the judgement work, reading signals and drafting. It also exposes an MCP server so other AI agents can drive the approval loop. Built around a provider-adapter layer for lead sources, sequencers, CRMs and Cal.com booking, so it fits an operator's existing stack.
