The project requirements was to manage the Accounts and Finance Department. The client and I worked closely in setting up and cleaning up the books and preparation of Financial statements along with other reports.
Main deliverables were
1. Bookkeeping
2. Financial preparation and Adjustment
3. Monthly Financial statements and Year end adjustment
4. Budgeting and Planning
5. Cash flow and Financial projections ( 3 - 5 Years )
6. Variance analysis and evaluation
