The business problem The business needed reliable analytics on critical processes and a way to identify revenue that had not been billed. The work required domain knowledge and technical delivery to operate as one team.
My role and approach I took ownership from the business side, paired operating knowledge with technical resources, and led the architecture and delivery of the analytics and KPI system. A three-person team delivered the build in approximately three months.
The result The work recovered more than $800,000 in unbilled revenue and established more reliable analytics on critical processes. That is the historical result supported by the case record; no recurring annual value or additional return has been extrapolated.
Why it matters now This work demonstrates the business discipline that also matters in modern automation: define the revenue question, reconcile the evidence, expose exceptions, and make ownership explicit. It was a business-intelligence implementation, completed before the current AI wave.
