An interactive tool designed and developed as part of Sabena Studio’s digital ecosystem to diagnose real business needs, qualify leads, and activate contact through a relevant incentive.
The funnel combines a guided question-based experience, a scoring system, and the immediate delivery of a personalized diagnosis together with an incentive (discount), providing users with a clear and actionable outcome without friction or initial manual contact.
The Challenge
The challenge was to design a tool that went beyond simple data capture and delivered real value from the very first interaction.
The system needed to assess a visitor’s digital situation, translate qualitative answers into a clear and understandable diagnosis, assign an incentive aligned with the type of project detected, and deliver an immediate result within a smooth and intuitive experience.
All of this had to integrate naturally into the website and operate consistently in both Spanish and English.
The Solution
The solution was the design and development of an interactive funnel conceived as a business tool, not an advanced form.
Before any technical development, the full system logic was defined: question flows, scoring model, diagnostic ranges, and associated incentives. This phase ensured the tool was coherent, replicable, and aligned with real user and business needs.
The result is an autonomous system for lead capture, diagnosis, and incentive delivery, integrated directly into the website.
Architecture & UX Design
The funnel is built on a proprietary functional architecture that separates diagnostic logic, score calculation, and experience presentation, allowing the system to operate autonomously while remaining fully integrated within the website.
UX Design
The funnel was designed as a progressive and easy-to-follow interactive experience, focused on maintaining user attention through to the final result.
Each question is presented sequentially, with clear visual hierarchy, controlled pacing, and immediate feedback. The design is mobile-first and visually aligned with the site’s identity, avoiding the feel of a traditional form or external tool.
The UX supports the user without overwhelming them, facilitating both understanding of the diagnosis and the perceived value of the incentive received.
The Result
The result is an intelligent lead-capture tool that transforms anonymous visits into qualified, well-oriented leads.
Rather than simply collecting information, the funnel structures the conversation from the first touchpoint, offering users a clear diagnosis and a relevant incentive, while providing the business with a solid foundation to continue the process.
Metrics
As this project is in an early stage, current metrics are used as functional validation of the system.
Initial data shows consistent funnel completion, clear user understanding of the diagnosis, and effective incentive activation as an entry point to contact.
