Ateco: Smart Emergency System for Schools

This project focused on the visual communication of Ateco’s school emergency system through high-end product visualization and a final commercial video. The goal was to clearly present how the system works, how it integrates into real school environments, and how different components interact during emergency scenarios, using clear, cinematic, and realistic visuals.

Approach

The objective was to translate a complex safety system into visuals that are immediately understandable for decision-makers, installers, and end users. Through realistic environments, clear framing, and controlled storytelling, the project highlights usability, clarity, and trust, key values for safety-related products.

The Strategic Challenge

Emergency systems must be understood instantly, even by non-technical audiences. The challenge was to visually communicate how Ateco’s system operates across different devices and spaces, without adding noise or confusion, while maintaining a professional and trustworthy aesthetic suitable for educational environments.

Creative Execution

Storyboard & Visual Narrative: Development of a complete storyboard to structure the commercial video and clearly explain system behavior and emergency scenarios.
Product Visualization: High-quality 3D renders of Ateco’s devices, including alarms, buttons, locks, hub, and touchpad.
Environment Modeling: Creation of realistic school interiors (classrooms, corridors, entrances) to contextualize the system in real-world use.
Contextual Renders: Photorealistic images showing correct placement, scale, and interaction of the devices within the environment.
Commercial Video: Production of the final commercial / explainer video, combining cinematic shots with clear system logic.
