Enhancing User Experience Across Asia-Pacific Markets

As a UX Designer at AIA Group, the largest insurance group in Hong Kong, I led the UX design initiatives to enhance both internal and external digital experiences across multiple Asia-Pacific markets. My responsibilities included conducting extensive user research to prioritize user-centric enhancements and delivering detailed UX designs such as user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. These designs were pivotal in the deployment across 18 markets in the region. Additionally, I played a key role in hiring and leading the UX Design team, establishing effective internal design processes and promoting a human-centered design culture throughout the organization​​.
