I sent three follow-ups in two days. Too much.
Early version of the sequence fired on a tight schedule that felt like nagging, not care. One lead said exactly that.
Rebuilt the timing to space messages out and stop entirely the moment someone replies with anything, even a soft no.
→ Automation should feel considerate. If it wouldn't be okay from a person, it's not okay from a system.
