Identity, feeling and function combine to produce consecutive yearly growth for a once-struggling handmade fine jewellery brand based in Dublin, Ireland.
With One Dame Lane our key strategy was to introduce seasonal collections and to move away from focusing on the individual jewellery pieces themselves and on to how the customer would feel with these pieces in their life, by highlighting customer engagement with the story of high fashion and identity.
The first image below is the O.D.L site before I started with them in 2020.
And now the current site with a 67% increase in their Conversion Rate.
