Marketplace Platform for Designers

The journey of this project began with initial sketches that laid the groundwork for the design process. These sketches helped me visualize the core components of the platform, including user flows, key features, and overall layout. This iterative approach allowed me to refine my ideas and ensure a user-centered design from the outset.

To deepen my understanding of the project, I utilized Notebook LM, an AI tool, to gather insights about marketplace dynamics and user expectations. This exploration provided valuable context on how freelancers and businesses interact within a marketplace, guiding the design decisions I made throughout the project.

I conducted a thorough competitor analysis of established companies such as Upwork and other freelance platforms to understand their strengths and weaknesses. By examining their user interfaces, features, and user experiences, I identified opportunities for improvement and innovation in my design. This analysis informed my design strategy, helping me to differentiate the platform and enhance its overall usability.
