Sunbeam: Designing a Believable SaaS Product Website

Sunbeam started our Framer template series. We built it around a fictional platform for service businesses, bringing CRM, invoicing, scheduling, proposals, and tasks into one product. Apollo Studio handled the product concept, visual direction, custom interface design, Framer build, CMS, and motion.

The hardest part was making all the pages feel like the same software. A CRM pipeline, invoice, calendar, proposal, and task board each need different information, but they still need to look related.

We used a light visual system, colorful illustrated backgrounds, soft cards, and consistent product UI. The homepage hero lets visitors switch between five use cases, showing a relevant interface without adding five separate introductions.

Pricing uses the same product language and visual system as the feature pages.

Every dashboard, invoice, pipeline, and chart was created specifically for Sunbeam in Figma. The product-page image board shows those interfaces together, including the layers and supporting graphics used in the website.

The source file also retains early versions and separate component sections. That makes the process visible: a website template of this size needs a shared product vocabulary before its individual pages can feel finished.

The finished template includes five dedicated product pages, pricing, about and contact pages, a blog, and case studies. The blog and case-study collections have overview and detail layouts, so longer content continues the same design system.

Motion appears in the hero switcher, product visuals, card reveals, and hover interactions. Sunbeam is available as a Framer template through Startfrom. Its software brand, customer stories, and business results are demonstration content created to show how a SaaS website can be populated.
