Cohestra: A Framer Website for Courses and Academies

We designed Cohestra to feel like a small private school. It is an original Apollo Studio Framer template for course creators and academies, built around a fictional creative-education business.

Course pages need to answer practical questions: what people will learn, how the program is structured, and how to enroll. Cohestra gives those details space through course overviews, syllabus tables, and sticky enrollment cards.

The site includes a course index, individual courses, a journal, webinar and lead-capture pages, and membership screens. Its light and dark themes use a consistent accent color and an editorial layout across the whole academy.

The light course layout gives the curriculum and enrollment information a clear hierarchy.

The Figma file includes a dedicated set of frames for Jitter. Instructor portraits, geometric masks, and nature imagery are arranged as separate source frames. They show the ingredients of the motion before those elements become a finished sequence.

There are also alternative hero layouts and archived versions, alongside a typography system and component boards. The process involved comparing directions and organizing the parts that would repeat across course and marketing pages.

In the launch discussion, we explained the reduced-motion option, the alternative to hover on mobile, and the ability to disable the effect. Those choices matter for an education site where people need to stop and read.

Cohestra now includes 16 pages and four CMS collections for courses, lessons, articles, and outcomes. FrameAuth supplies the membership integration and requires a separate subscription; hosted video is not included. The published template brings the course information, editorial content, and enrollment path into one site.

The journal extends the school’s visual system into editorial content.
