Problem:
The client operated hundreds of tire repair centers worldwide, relying on paper workflows that severely complicated scheduling repairs and purchasing tire insurance.
Action:
I recommended and implemented the optimal software solution from conception to release. Additionally, I facilitated the training of hundreds of employees to use the new system effectively.
Result:
The project was deployed nationwide across hundreds of repair centers, accelerating workflows and significantly enhancing customer satisfaction. The estimated annual savings are in the millions of dollars.
We added small features, like push notifications about order status and marketing messages, that engaged clients to use the application more often and increased user satisfaction.
