When I joined the project as a mobile developer, I discovered that there were no clear processes and that it was tough to navigate the project scope to deliver a high-quality application.
Result:
By setting up development processes and updating communication methods, I increased team performance and software quality, which led to lower software costs and increased profit. The mobile application I developed opened a new sales niche.
