This solution was designed to help motorist in Lagos, Nigeria and by extension other states of the federation have easy access to towing vehicle services with little or no hassle. No one ever plans for a vehicle break down, but these things are bound to happen, The Resque app helps you and vehicle stay protected, by linking you to towing operators as fast as possible at competitive rates depending on the vehicle state. Towing service also come in handy not just during distress, accidents or breakdowns - This service is also available for delivering vehicles and much more.

Simple and user-centred application to enable users(motorists) find towing vans with little or no hassle. The app features 3 main modules - the home, bookings and account modules. Users can book towing vans by submitting simple information, manage active bookings, real-time monitoring, view notifications etc.

The Resque admin platform helps staff manage transactions, different booking states, customers, revenue sharing and many more.

At a glance the dashboard has robust insights showing revenue data, user count, top performing operators and hot spots where a lot of bookings is coming in from.

Admins can approve booking request to initiate merging of customers with towing operators, follow up bookings, over see customer information etc.

In Phase 2, traffic officers (LASTMA – Lagos State Traffic Management Authority) were integrated into the platform to enable on-demand towing bookings on behalf of motorists. This covers real-world scenarios such as illegal parking, accidents, vehicle breakdowns, or traffic obstruction.

We designed a dedicated LASTMA admin portal, modeled after the Resque admin system, allowing traffic officers to track, manage, and monitor towing requests generated from the field in real time.

To support operational oversight, the Resque admin team can seamlessly switch views between the Driver and LASTMA dashboards. This enables independent yet centralized monitoring of towing requests originating from both motorists and traffic officers, improving coordination, transparency, and response efficiency.
