Designed a hybrid fiat + crypto platform for Nigerian users to hold naira, trade crypto, and send money in one app. Owned product architecture, UX, UI, and design system, then led the engineering team through build and QA. Solved a key compliance challenge with a demand-triggered KYC model, users get value first, verification unlocks as needed, aligned with CBN and SEC requirements. 34 features across 8 modules shipped, with design intent translating directly into the live product.
