Redesigned a healthcare app that had prioritized visual polish over usability. Audited the original Figma files, identifying broken accessibility, colour chaos, and a generic flow with no separation between patients and doctors.

Built a Figma variable system from scratch, then rebuilt onboarding, registration, and booking, splitting patient and doctor journeys and adding a doctor credential verification step. Delivered five new flows, including a post-consultation notes system for doctors.
