A clean, conversion-focused landing page for a product waitlist

Project Overview

Reaws is building a platform to simplify real estate workflows. They needed a landing page to introduce their product vision, build credibility, and drive early sign-ups for their waitlist. My challenge was to translate their innovative idea into a clear, modern, and trustworthy digital presence that would attract potential users and partners.

My Role

I worked as the Product Designer responsible for:
Creating the visual identity for the landing page
Designing the layout, flow, and interactions
Ensuring the page was optimized for conversion (waitlist sign-ups)
Delivering responsive designs ready for implementation

Creative Process

Research & Discovery
I started by analyzing:
Competitors in the real estate and SaaS space to identify patterns in credibility and trust signals.
User expectations for early-stage product landing pages (simplicity, clarity, benefit-driven copy).
Defining Goals
The key objectives were:
Create trust and excitement for a product still in development.
Provide a clear value proposition in just a few seconds of scanning.
Drive visitors toward a single, strong call to action: join the waitlist.
Wireframing
I structured the page flow with:
Hero section with concise headline and signup form.
Problem / solution breakdown to highlight pain points and how Reaws addresses them.
Feature previews using simple, modular cards.
Social proof placeholders (testimonials, press mentions) for future credibility.
Visual Design
Built a clean and modern aesthetic using neutral backgrounds, bold typography, and accent colors to guide the eye.
Designed illustrations/icons to simplify complex ideas.
Used white space strategically to create a premium and trustworthy feel.
Delivery
Created responsive versions for desktop, tablet and mobile.
Organized assets and annotations for easy handoff to developers.

Problem Solved

Reaws needed more than just a landing page—it needed a strategic entry point into its market. By focusing on clarity, visual trust, and conversion best practices, I helped them:
Communicate their vision effectively
Collect early leads for product validation
Position themselves as a serious, credible startup even in pre-launch stage

Results & Impact

The landing page successfully launched Reaws’ waitlist campaign.
It provided a strong foundation for branding and future marketing efforts.
