PTV MOBILE APP
For many years, the PTV app has been used to locate and book public transportation in Victoria, Australia. The majority of users rely on the app to navigate around Melbourne. The program itself hasn't been updated in years, which led to being inconvenienced due to errors and lack of necessary functionalities.
This project aims to improve the functionality of the PTV app. In this case, I am following the Double Diamond design process
