As a major supermarket chain in Australia contains hundred and thousand of products including (groceries such as vegetables, fruit, meat, and packaged foods) and also sells magazines, DVDs, health and beauty products, household products, pet and baby supplies, plus stationery.
It is getting more difficult for customers to locate a certain product in-store due to the store's numerous categories.
Problem Statement
The major supermarket chain is looking to gain insights into how they can create product families around product traceability from their current product catalogue.
