Giving insurance CXOs a single screen to run their business.

MEDIC (Metrics Evaluation & Decision Improvement Catalyst) is a white-label analytics platform we designed for WealthRight. It brings an insurance company's entire operation - sales, pipeline, agent health, policy quality, and expenses into one live dashboard.

The problem.

Insurance companies across the world run on massive agent networks. At a mid-to-large insurer, that means tens of thousands of agents across hundreds of branches, with layers of managers above them.
The CXOs at the top had one real problem: no single place to see what was happening.
Data lived in spreadsheets, monthly reports, and email threads. By the time something reached a CXO's desk, the trend had already been running for weeks. Spotting a problem early meant someone had to manually pull and cross-reference multiple reports.
A lot of hours spent not making decisions.

What we did.

Before drawing a single screen, we ran sessions with CXOs to understand the decisions they were making, not just the data they wanted.
Four questions came up every time:
What's the pipeline looking like?
How is the sales team performing?
What's the quality of what we're selling?
What's it all costing?
Those became the four sections of the product.
From there, every design choice was about cutting friction. A single time toggle that updates every metric on screen at once. Chart types chosen for what story the data tells, not aesthetics.
An AI insights panel at the edge of the screen so it adds context without taking over. Color-coded labels so a CXO can read five regions in five seconds.
And drill-down from the top-line number all the way to an individual agent, without ever leaving the platform.
