Overlapping Gift Variant Data: Gift boxes containing individual variations lacked a structured identifier, triggering manual counting errors.
Logistics & 3PL Inefficiencies: Multi-packs (e.g., 3-packs, 6-packs) were hardcoded incorrectly, causing fulfillment teams to accidentally ship single bottles instead of full packs.
Unreliable Stock Levels: The absence of a strict nested logic system created 'invisible stockouts' across different bottle sizes (e.g., 200ml mini vs 750ml standard).
