My mission as a Shopify Problem Solver was to restore order and establish a highly scalable SKU framework.

The Challenges (The Chaos):

Duplicate Variants: Inconsistent naming caused duplicate records for the same exact product.

Zero Trackability: A messy naming structure made it impossible to set up accurate automated reordering reports.

Manual CSV Purgatory: The team was manually editing thousands of lines of data, leading to massive fulfillment errors.
