What I Designed
Hero section with bold headline, subtext, and strong CTA to anchor the first impression
Featured listings grid with lifestyle tags (e.g., "Pet-Friendly", "New") because this audience filters emotionally, not just by price or square footage
Benefit highlights section with quick, scannable reasons to trust the platform
Lead capture form with optional calendar-style booking to increase appointment conversion
Social proof and trust signals: client testimonials, performance stats, and a consistent brand tone throughout
Design Approach
Structured the page to move users from visual interest to emotional connection to lead capture
Used lifestyle-driven property tags instead of spec-heavy listings, matching how the target audience actually browses
Kept the form minimal and paired it with a calendar widget to reduce friction between "interested" and "booked"
