About: A fintech startup, one hard constraint: the UI couldn't be shown publicly. The task was to earn trust with a skeptical accounting audience — without a single screenshot.

Accountants scan for precision and leave fast. Research across four competing tools mapped three recurring pain points — manual errors, repetitive processing, tool complexity. Those insights structured everything: section order, narrative, hierarchy.

The visual challenge: how do you show software without showing it? Abstract status cards — "Ready for Review," "Sent to ERP." Specific enough to feel real. Abstract enough not to deceive.

Deliverables: copywriting framework, UI kit, responsive layout, prototype.
