I created prototype personas on profiles to represent the final user of the app who may be interested in acquiring the services offered by CFA Efectivo Si. The target market was the middle class, which, for different reasons, could not access bank loans and turn to a financial institution to apply for loans. The goal was to design an easy-to-use app with key screens so that users could access a loan or manage it without having to go to a retail branch.
