Coachella 2022 Fan Engagement Project

I collaborated with Invisible North and the Coachella Innovation team to unlock another layer of fandom for Coachella attendees to the 2022 festival. Via digital collectibles, fans earned free rewards and premium experiences. I produced on-site experiences at branded activations, establishing a hub for fans to connect over shared crossover interests in immersive experiences, digital mementos and next level fandom.
I designed and managed dedicated channels on Coachella’s Discord, keeping fans engaged post-festival and jumpstarting excitement for 2023 and 2024. Through long-term community programming, I was able to provide new innovation partners with targeted direct-to-fan engagement outside of the typical, limited promotional cycle.
