PF02: Inquiry Intake & Notification Workflow

PF02 is a self-initiated inquiry workflow demonstration built around the full path from input to operational evidence.

A useful workflow has to expose required-field, duplicate, authentication, and delivery failures rather than showing only a successful animation.

The sample accepts form- or webhook-style input, validates required fields, creates a structured sheet-like record, shows an alert status, and records failure details. The flow is presented as a reviewable process from input through evidence.

The public version runs in the browser. It does not send email, messages, webhook payloads, or records to an external service. Production connectors are implemented and tested separately in client-owned accounts or approved sandboxes.
