PF04: Leave & Travel Approval Workflow

PF04 is a self-initiated approval-workflow prototype for leave and business-travel requests.

An approval UI needs state transitions, review surfaces, history, and export behavior before it can be evaluated as an internal tool.

The interface covers request creation, filters, approve/reject actions, status history, and CSV export. It demonstrates the workflow surface before real identity or database architecture is introduced.

The public demo uses browser memory and a local sample API and resets by design. It has no production authentication, persistent database, real employee records, or live deployment claim.
