PF01: Rule-Based Inquiry Triage

Overview

PF01 is a self-initiated inquiry-triage demonstration. A user can write an inquiry and inspect the resulting category, priority, owner suggestion, reply draft, and scoring evidence.

Challenge

A triage demo can easily imply hidden AI or present a result without explaining why it was produced.

Approach

I designed deterministic keyword and rule scoring so each result remains transparent and reproducible. The interface exposes its classification rationale instead of presenting an unexplained prediction.

Evidence

• Direct inquiry input
• Deterministic keyword and rule scoring
• Visible classification rationale
• Reply draft with human-review boundary

Scope boundary

The public demo does not call OpenAI or any external AI service. Production AI would be a separate project requiring a client-approved provider, client-owned credentials, data rules, tests, human review, and fallback behavior.
Self-initiated rule-based demo using fictional data. No external AI is called, and this is not paid or verified client work.
