Petco Foundation — Julia Shiels

The Petco Foundation is an organization that was founded in1999 and has invested over $300 million in animal welfare across the country. For over 20 years, the Petco Foundation has been inspiring communities to make a difference in the lives of animals everywhere. During my editorial class, I was given the task of creating a brochure for a company of my choice. Since I’ve had pets my whole life, I it only made sense to choose the Petco Foundation for my company. After researching their brand standards, I was able to create a cohesive brochure with a die-cut front cover. I created a balance of type and imagery to give the viewer a brief overview of Petco’s mission and how they can help animals in need.
