This rebranding project, underpinned by a solid strategic foundation, was more than just a redesign or a visual update — it was an act of courage and meaningful change.

This also included the design and production of stationery and ephemera, overhauling the website using the client's existing platform, updating internal documents, presentations, social media, and more.
In addition, tools, templates, and guidelines were developed and delivered to ensure both autonomy and consistency in the ongoing implementation of the new visual identity and communication strategy.

Entering a new business stage, Modima recognized the need to adjust its communication strategy and rethink its visual and verbal identity.

Having already established solid expertise in 3D Visualization, they are now extending their capabilities to Marketing and Virtual Reality, specifically catering to Architecture, Real Estate, and Product Development.
Their goal is to tackle larger and more complex challenges, aiming for impactful and meaningful results for both the agency and, more importantly, its clients.

Communication Strategy: Achieving Clarity and Purpose.

Significant changes start when both the internal and external contexts are put under the microscope.
For that reason, we conducted several workshops, discovery sessions, and strategy sessions: first, to build a deep understanding and trust; second, to assess the current state of the brand; and finally, to develop the right strategies and tools, an action plan, and a road map to help Modima's to overcome the challenges and achieve the desired results.
This process led to the communication strategy guideline that outlines the core of the brand. From the unique selling proposition, purpose, values, vision, and mission, to how these translate into public perception. This included the verbal identity, covering the brand's archetype, tone of voice, manifesto, and more.

The motto 'Ideas Made Visible' reflects Modima's new positioning, embodying the aspiration and conviction that creativity is the catalyst for transformation. Enabling the resolution of their client's challenges and making their goals concrete and tangible.
