Here I Am Studio creates digital ways to include the excluded. Apps, web apps, and websites that are precisely designed to meet and overcome the emotional, physical, and environmental factors that are preventing inclusion. So far, their digital products have helped to include over 25 million people around the world. They aim to include 50 million people by 2023.

The Ask

The Here I Am (HIA) team wanted to gain a better understanding of their existing digital presence and explore approaches to build brand awareness, thought leadership, and generate new client leads.

The Solution

First, I conducted a digital content audit and compared how Here I Am’s existing content strategy stacked up against competitors. Using key learnings from the audit, I provided the team with recommendations to inform their website copy and ongoing content marketing strategy. Then, I began collaborating with Here I Am’s team to develop and manage their monthly blog content and email newsletter.

The Results

Here I Am has continued to successfully produce engaging blog content on industry topics such as digital products, inclusive design, and more. The team launched its email marketing efforts and now engages subscribers through monthly e-newsletters chalked full of relevant news and HIA blogs.
