SEEK Co. is a qualitative insight and innovation consultancy that empathically connects brands with the humans they serve, transforming the traditional brand-to-consumer relationship into a human-to-human one. By implementing a human-centric approach to innovation and activating empathy as an innate problem-solving capability, they help brands truly understand the people they serve.
The Ask
SEEK was looking to build on its digital marketing efforts and launch its social media marketing, blog, and email communications. Their goal was to begin growing an engaged following, producing regular content, and increasing overall thought leadership.
The Solution
Within the first few weeks of working with SEEK, it was evident that one of the brand’s biggest selling points was the opportunity to work with amazing people. The team was full of brilliant, empathic individuals who were genuinely fun to work with and great at what they do. It was SEEK’s people and personality-rich culture that kept clients coming back for more.
Because of this, I recommended a shift in SEEK’s tone of voice and placed an added emphasis on highlighting their people in their marketing, versus their service offerings. I launched the brand’s social media accounts, developed a multi-channel content plan, and began producing monthly e-newsletters.
The Result
For the first time, SEEK’s team members were highly engaged in the planning and production of regular blog content, contributing to at least two blog posts each month. Additionally, I launched SEEK’s social media accounts and began developing weekly social content. With my help, the team was able to relaunch their e-newsletter communications and drive high email engagement.
