Facing declining user adoption and an outdated website, Colab, a video conferencing software company, partnered with me for a digital refresh.

Colab's video conferencing platform, despite its strength, was losing users due to an outdated brand (failing to showcase innovation) and clunky website (poor user experience). This combined with a lack of brand differentiation in a crowded SaaS market led to Colab falling behind competitors.

I revamped Colab's digital presence through a modern brand reflecting their innovative video conferencing features. User research informed a complete website overhaul, prioritizing a user-friendly interface, scalability for future growth, and streamlined features for a smooth user experience. Additionally, ongoing SEO strategies continue to ensure Colab's visibility in search engines.

This holistic approach transformed Colab. The new brand identity positioned them as a leader, attracting attention and setting them apart. A redesigned website with a user-friendly interface and robust features led to a seamless video conferencing experience, boosting user satisfaction and engagement. Additionally, the scalable design allows Colab to effortlessly accommodate new users and grow their business through Webflow.
